Lead Toddler Teacher (Full-Time)
Summary 📍 North Chesterfield, VA | 🕒 Mon–Fri | No Weekends
Do you love working with curious, energetic 1-year-olds? We’re looking for a Lead Toddler Teacher to guide learning, nurture growth, and help our littlest learners explore the world in a safe, loving environment. Duties What You’ll Do:
- Lead a toddler classroom with care, structure, and creativity
- Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans using the Streamin3 curriculum
- Communicate daily with families through Brightwheel — sharing updates, photos, and progress
- Support individual learning needs and work with specialists when needed
- Track student behavior, development, and assessments
- Keep the classroom clean, organized, and safe
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families
- Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- CDA with 3–8 years of toddler teaching experience will be considered
- Confident classroom leadership skills
- A caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
