Irrigation and Lighting Manager (Landscaping)

Join our dynamic team as an Irrigation and Lighting Manager, where you will play a crucial role in managing and troubleshooting complex residential irrigation and outdoor lighting systems. We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual who excels in problem-solving and effective communication with clients and team members. The Irrigation & Lighting Manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of our clients' lighting and irrigation needs. This role involves managing the department, ensuring efficient workflow, and meeting quality standards. Training employees and holding them to a high safety and quality standard is imperative.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage schedules and timelines for contracted services.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless project execution based on client requests.
• Lead and supervise irrigation and lighting technicians.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop a culture of learning and accountability.
• Establish and enforce quality standards for all services.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with standards and client expectations.
• Efficiently allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet seasonal service requirements.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in irrigation (Required).
• Must possess a valid Driver's License (Required).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging tasks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliable and self-motivated.

Compensation

Our employees are paid on a weekly basis. The schedule may includes 10 to 12-hour shifts depending on demands of the season and the weather for the week. Sometimes Work on Saturdays if more than one day is rained out that week.
