POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team supporting our OMEGA program. In this role you will bring a blend of technical understanding, process knowledge, and communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about cybersecurity and compliance and protecting our Veterans’ data.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria
• Develop and document processes and workflows
• Produce clear written communication explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Apply best practices and agile methodologies to enhance project workflows and efficiency
• Foster collaboration and accountability among project team members, ensuring a high-performance culture
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or business analysis, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce
• Salesforce certification is required (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Background working with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or other government agencies preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS

Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00. Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs. Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting.
