O ur client is a leader in the industry of providing safe water treatment and sewage services, which is a priority for sustainability of humanity. Job Summary
W e are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to provide daily administrative support to the sales team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth order processing, maintaining strong customer communication, and supporting overall sales operations.
Job Description
- Process a high volume of sales orders through email and other systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle order entry, returns (RMA), credit and rebill transactions
- Track and monitor order status, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues
- Communicate directly with customers via email and outbound phone calls (primarily outgoing communication)
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to relay customer feedback and support sales activities
- Verify pricing, order details, and shipment status
- Maintain organized records and manage email and task workflows effectively
- Prepare and report monthly sales-related data and updates to the sales team
- Shift: 8am - 4:30pm with 30min lunch
Skills Required
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in email management, spreadsheets, and order processing systems
Education
- High school diploma or GED required.
Pay Rate
- $43 - $46.50 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
