Currently looking for a professional, reliable, and ENERGETIC individual to work as part of our Front Desk Staff as a Burn Ambassador and Social Media Coordinator.

POSITION SUMMARY: Bring the Burn culture to life by ensuring each guest receives the Blue Carpet Experience by providing them with a friendly welcome (Get to know THEM!), showing them around the gym, introducing them to members/trainers, and explaining the workouts!

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FRONT DESK BURN AMBASSADOR :

• Work with the front desk team to hit targets through consistent role training and guidance
• Work the front desk during camps and execute an elite client experience while also performing tasks related to upkeep, maintenance, and cleaning of the facility
• Execute client follow up leveraging our CRM system
• Mindbody responsibilities will include data integrity as it relates to contracts and members account info, new retail SKU entry, updated billing information, inventory management
• Attempt to resolve any client issues with memberships, retail, Burn Nutrition, etc.
• Maintain solid product knowledge and awareness of all product information, merchandise, and services/promotions currently available
• Responsible for upselling secondary revenue items such as Burn Nutrition and retail

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR:

• Manage and execute the social media strategy to promote the brand, engage with the community, and attract potential members. Here’s a breakdown of the role's responsibilities, skills, and strategies:
• Develop and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
• Create visuals, captions, and videos aligned with Burn Boot Camp’s fitness and empowerment message.
• Showcase client transformations, workouts, trainers, and gym culture.
• Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Foster a sense of community by encouraging member contributions and highlighting success stories.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to develop campaigns for challenges, promotions, or new gym openings.
• Maintain a consistent tone, aligning with Burn Boot Camp’s mission to empower clients.
• Stay on top of fitness and wellness trends to keep content relevant.
• Monitor social media KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion rates).

Key Skills Desired

- Graphic Design Tools: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.

- Video Editing: Familiarity with tools like CapCut or Instagram’s in-app editing.

- Social Media Savvy: Expertise in platform-specific trends and algorithms.

- Communication: Clear and inspiring messaging.

- Prior experience working with customer service and/or sales

· Able to quickly learn and navigate software systems and maintain records

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Ability to multi-task and stay organized while having high attention to detail and follow-through

· Job may require lifting, bending, stooping or standing for a 45 minute period
