Contract - Sales Operations Analyst I
- Through internal coordination with management, develop and maintain requirements for CRM system functionality, reporting, and dashboards.
- Centered around KPIs, develop automate reports and insight dashboards to drive visibility and insights into the overall sales process
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Collaborate to tract workflow development tickets and overall progress
- Collaborate with Marketing colleagues for lead tracking
- Support client-facing report development/upkeep. Create standardized processes and templates for scalability.
- Support internal financial report development and upkeep.
- Ensure accuracy of billing information, project documentation, costs. Upload into internal billing systems.
- Support standardization of processes/documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree
- MBA or Master's Degree
- Resourceful, adaptable and results oriented with a positive attitude and the ability to contribute to a team environment
- Must be able to establish a high level of credibility with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees from technical to non-technical clients; strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills
- Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Experience in communicating with executive level audiences. Ability to develop and effectively communicate data-driven presentations at multiple levels within the organization and with partner agencies
- Comfortable in bringing people, processes or systems together to achieve common goals
- Highly organized: used to working to tight deadlines and able to work under own initiative
- Extremely deadline and deliverable oriented
- Demonstrated record of precision & integrity in past work assignments
- Knowledge and understanding of B2B sales cycles and business development approaches
- Success in developing strong working relationships across many layers of an organization, outside agencies and vendors
- Experience in CRM tools (Salesforce)
- High attention to detail
- Leadership and organizational skills
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in industries including sustainability, cleantech, renewable energy, business services
- Technical sales experience
- Domestic travel may be required; estimated at 10-15%
