Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Late Morning & Early Afternoon In-Home ABA
Location: Fincastle, VA (In-home)
Schedule: Part-Time | Late Morning to Early Afternoon Shifts
Pay: $24-$30/hour

Flywheel Centers is hiring kind, reliable, and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism. This is a part-time, in-home role with late morning to early afternoon availability-perfect for those looking for daytime work that makes a real impact.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in their homes

• Follow customized treatment plans designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Support children in developing skills related to communication, daily routines, and social behavior

• Track session data and maintain accurate progress notes

• Collaborate regularly with your clinical team to ensure high-quality care

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Must be 18 years or older

• Reliable personal transportation

• Childcare experience (required)

• ABA experience or RBT certification (preferred but not required)
