Pay : $21.00-$25.00 per hour/ plus tips and commission.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Sportclips Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing staff and day to day operations of a busy hair salon while providing a championship haircut experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team members
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate team members
- Track metrics daily and weekly for continued growth
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Current experience in men's haircutting (previous Sportclips experience recommended)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Cosmetology/Barber license required
