**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Bilingual Property Administrative & Leasing Coordinator to join our team in Arlington, VA. This role involves providing front desk administrative support and assisting with leasing activities for a residential property. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, highly organized, and capable of managing varying workloads with patience and professionalism.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist residents, prospects, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle leasing inquiries, conduct property tours, and assist with lease paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to leasing and property management.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.
- Work independently when necessary, ensuring the office runs smoothly even when alone.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and property operations.
**Qualifications:**
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and flexible with workload.
- Patient and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
