$18.00 - $20.00 per hour!

As a Restoration Crew Member (officially called a Mitigation Technician), you help clean and prepare homes and buildings after damage from water, fire, or storms so families and businesses can get back to normal.

- Load and unload materials and equipment, and keep trucks and tools clean and organized.
- Set up and run drying and cleaning equipment (we train you how to use everything).
- Help with cleanup after floods, fires, and other property damage under the direction of a supervisor.
- Assist with simple temporary repairs, like tarping roofs or boarding up windows and doors.
- Pitch in with warehouse or shop tasks when needed and support teammates on job sites.
- Be reachable by phone and occasionally take on-call shifts for emergency jobs.
- Good, predictable hourly pay with the chance to earn more as you gain skills and certifications.
- Paid, on-the-job training so you can learn a trade.
- Clear path to roles like Lead Technician or Supervisor for people who show up, work hard, and want to advance your career.
- IICRC certification available as IICRC classes are offered (company paid).

- Show up on time, work hard, and like being part of a team that has each others backs.
- Can be respectful and polite with customers who may be stressed after a flood or fire.
- Have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Can lift up to 75 lbs. and stay on your feet most of the day.
- Are 21 years or older and can pass a pre-employment drug test, background check and have a clean driving record
- Have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 25% of the time within a vehicle.
- Constantly positions self to move about job sites; stairs, walkways, roofs, crawl spaces
- Occasionally ascends and descends a ladder to complete jobs
- Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
