We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This role involves working primarily on-site as an individual contributor within a small team, utilizing standard HVAC tools and advanced diagnostic equipment. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while adhering to safety standards and leveraging mobile apps and software for scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose heating, ventilation, and air conditioning issues
• Conduct equipment testing and ensure safety compliance
• Provide customer support and clear communication during service calls
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Replace parts and components as necessary to restore system functionality
• Utilize standard tools and advanced diagnostic equipment effectively
• Use software and mobile apps for scheduling, reporting, and field service management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of HVAC field experience (preferably 3+ years)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• EPA Section 608 Certification
