Role highlights

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines and implement fixes.
• Complete inspections to verify proper function and safety compliance.
• Accurately record work performed, parts used, and results.
• Respond quickly to service calls and emergencies to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and maintenance efficiency.
• Always adhere to safety procedures and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Minimum qualifications

• 6+ months of maintenance experience documented in your application or resume.
• 18 years of age or older with valid identification.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Baseline skills in welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing.
• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs; climb stairs (up to 120 ft) and ladders (up to 60 ft); stand for long periods; and work in hot, cold, and inclement weather.
• Rehire policy: eligible after 180 days; must have worked here fewer than 3 times.
