Event Marketing Assistant - Entry Level

As an Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant , you will work closely with experienced marketing professionals to help plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of promotional events, trade shows, corporate events, and conferences . Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and conferences
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event concepts, themes, and campaign objectives
• Support event logistics including setup, breakdown, and on-site event coordination
• Communicate with event attendees, providing information and responding to inquiries in a professional manner
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as flyers, posters, invitations, and digital assets
• Manage event registration processes and maintain accurate attendee databases
• Conduct market research to identify new event opportunities and industry trends
• Gather post-event data and prepare reports including attendance metrics, feedback, and ROI analysis
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor events, and best practices in experiential marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• Internship experience or prior exposure to event planning, marketing, promotions, or hospitality is a plus
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
