Role Description:
As the Salesforce & MuleSoft Administrator, you will support the Sales Operations team by creating Salesforce reports and dashboards, owning data management tasks, responding to user support requests, and testing new features and functionality. This role will have the opportunity to contribute to diverse projects both big and small and work cross-departmentally with the B2B Sales, Finance, Enrollment, and Marketing teams.
Please note that US Citizenship is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the SalesOps team and internal business stakeholders to create Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Administer Company’s Salesforce instance and manage connected integrations
- Respond to Salesforce user requests and assist with developing solutions to address business needs
- Perform frequent data quality checks to ensure Salesforce data is accurate
- Make recommendations on improving existing business processes using Salesforce and other SalesOps technology
- Assist the CRM team with testing new Salesforce functionality that supports business requirements
- Take on ad-hoc responsibilities around new initiatives such as building new metrics and requests to analyze revenue information
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience administering Salesforce and innovating or scaling in a similar, fast-based environment; specifically, experience in tools administration
- Salesforce ADM-201 Certification (required)
- Experience working as a part of a sales/business development, sales/revenue operations, or sales team
- Experience in Installing and Configuring Mule ESB, Mule Management Console - Install, Configure Cache for Mule.
- Experience in Creating, Configuring and Managing API Gateway.
- Experience in Automating application deployments to Mule.
- Experience with Active MQ, Message Broker.
- Experience in enterprise-scale environments
- Strong working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and associated concepts such as XML data formats, Structures and Schemas, WS specifications, SOAP, Service Mediation/ESB, Digital certificates, Messaging, WS-Policy, WS-Security, WS-Addressing and other WS-* stack etc.
- Advanced excel skills and excellent written communication
- Familiarity with the creation and configuration of Salesforce and/or Tableau dashboards and reporting
- BA/BS with a major in finance, computer science, statistics, quantitative economics, or another degree emphasizing data analysis
Citizenship:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
