Brand Marketing Assistant - Entry Level
We are hiring an Entry-Level Brand Marketing Assistant to support live event marketing and nonprofit fundraising campaigns . This is a hands-on, in-person position focused on face-to-face brand representation, community outreach, and event-based fundraising .
No experience is required — full paid training is provided . This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to build experience in marketing, nonprofit outreach, communications, promotions, and event coordination .
What You’ll Do
Represent nonprofit organizations and partner brands at local community events and retail-based promotions
Engage directly with the public through face-to-face marketing and fundraising efforts
Educate event attendees about organizational missions, programs, and impact
Execute live promotional and outreach campaigns
Assist with event setup, operations, and breakdown
Track engagement and fundraising performance metrics
Participate in daily training and professional development sessions
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, outgoing, and professional demeanor
Comfortable working in in-person, public-facing environments
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Ability to work flexible schedules including some weekends
No prior experience required — paid training provided
