Benefits:

• Competitive hourly compensation; $23.00- $28.00 (based on experience and skill set), plus performance-based pay increase.
• Part-time schedule, evening shifts allow you to work
• Training that meets eligibility to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Responsibilities and Duties of RBTs:

• Teach and promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play setting to increase motivation and positive performance
• Implement individualized treatment programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals
• Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week Monday-Friday
• Negative TB test
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds and get up and down off the floor quickly
• Coursework in psychology, child development, or social work is a plus
• Clear Background Check

Work Location: Multiple Locations in Virginia

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Internship

Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
