Benefits:
- Competitive hourly compensation; $23.00- $28.00 (based on experience and skill set), plus performance-based pay increase.
- Part-time schedule, evening shifts allow you to work
- Training that meets eligibility to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Mentorship for career growth.
Responsibilities and Duties of RBTs:
- Teach and promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play setting to increase motivation and positive performance
- Implement individualized treatment programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals
- Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week Monday-Friday
- Negative TB test
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds and get up and down off the floor quickly
- Coursework in psychology, child development, or social work is a plus
- Clear Background Check
Work Location: Multiple Locations in Virginia

Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
