We are seeking a skilled Assembly Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex, precision mechanical components and systems, ensuring proper alignment and adherence to critical specifications. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for quality craftsmanship.

Pay starts at $17 and above depending on experience. An interview and measuring test is required.

Assembly Mechanic Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 to $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 05:00am to 03:00pm )

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Assemble and fit mechanical components to precise specifications
• Fabricate, modify, and adjust parts as needed
• Use hoists or equipment to move materials and components
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Identify and report issues with materials, equipment, or processes
• Assist with loading/unloading as needed
• Support team development and help train others

Assembly Mechanic Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience

Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints

Experience with hand and power tools

MIG welding experience (complex parts) is a plus

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Strong attention to detail and quality

Strong measuring skills!
