Communications Assistant - Entry Level
We're looking for a Marketing Communications Assistant to join our team immediately. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in acquiring new clients and enhancing our promotional efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Execute project management tasks under the guidance of the marketing manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and key accounts to align PR campaigns with customer promotions.
- Oversee in-store service activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Build and nurture consumer relationships to promote our services effectively.
- Implement measurement strategies for PR campaigns in coordination with the marketing manager.
- Manage marketing collateral and visual merchandising efforts.
- Foster and maintain relationships with suppliers and retail event staff.
- Maintain detailed records of event attendance, production, and inventory.
- Drive innovation to enhance efficiency and explore new opportunities.

Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in PR, communications, marketing, or sales, or relevant internship experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in prioritization and capable of independent work.

- Strong skills in tracking, organization, and attention to detail.
