You’ll play a key role in overseeing the daily functions of the practice, ensuring an exceptional experience for both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the office and surgical schedule

• Supervise and support administrative and clinical staff

• Manage patient flow and ensure efficient front desk operations

• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols

• Coordinate marketing initiatives and social media collaboration

• Handle inventory management and ordering of medical supplies

• Ensure financial performance including budgeting, payroll, and vendor relations

• Address patient concerns with professionalism and care

• Provide quotes and support consultations when needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a medical or aesthetic practice (plastic surgery preferred)

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in EMR systems and office software

• Understanding of HIPAA and OSHA regulations

• Professional, polished, and patient-centered
