Event and Promotions Assistant - Entry-Level
We are seeking a motivated Event and Promotions Assistant to join our Events and Promotions division . This is an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in event marketing, brand promotions, and trade show management .
Our team offers a creative, fun, and collaborative work environment focused on one shared goal: growth and success . You’ll gain hands-on experience coordinating marketing campaigns, live events, and promotional activations across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing trade shows, promotional events, and marketing campaigns
- Oversee setup and breakdown of displays and promotional materials
- Manage inventory and event materials
- Track and maintain event timelines, budgets, and expenses
- Support on-site execution to ensure successful event delivery from start to finish
- Support and guide event staff and team members
- Maintain clear and efficient internal communication
- Assist in training new team members and provide input on marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Strong ability to follow instructions and take initiative
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Must have reliable transportation (vehicle required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, fun, team-oriented environment
Education:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but training provided for the right candidate
