Threads Uniform Agency is a client-centric producer of uniforms and has outfitted over one million members of our nation's workforce and we are seeking a motivated, talented, Software Engineer to act as a subject matter expert and provide ecommerce system architecture, design, and development.

This role will be focused on the following:

• Maintaining item pricing, descriptions, images, and categorization of all products
• Documenting all current and future store requirements and customizations
• Performing quality assurance checks and testing of applications and store launches
• Maintaining users, roles, discounts, and rewards programs
• Monitoring integration points and problem solving for inefficiencies and issues
• Integrating data storage solutions including databases, key-value stores, blob storage, etc.
• Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, and funnel analysis

In addition to ecommerce specific responsibilities, this individual will also be expected to:

• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop, and implement effective software solutions
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
• Develop and maintain code quality, organization, and automation focusing on reliability, performance, and security
• Identify potential bottlenecks and bugs, and devise timely solutions to mitigate and address issues

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members as well as Senior Leadership
• A strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Fundamental design principals, including SDLC
• Experience implementing and working with automated testing platforms
• A working knowledge of the following platforms, languages, and frameworks:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar field of study preferred
• Three or more years of experience in e-commerce website implementation, design, customization, testing, optimization, and data analysis required
