We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Urgent Care team. If you excel in fast-paced environments, enjoy providing high-quality care, and bring a strong team spirit, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding patient care and customer service in a fast-paced urgent care setting

• Assist physicians and clinical staff with general nursing duties as needed

• Escort patients to exam rooms, take and record vital signs, and document findings in the electronic medical record (EMR)

• Administer injections and medications accurately, documenting dosage, lot number, route, and patient response

• Update patient information such as medications, allergies, and family history at each visit

• Handle patient phone calls, provide clinical assistance, or relay messages to providers as appropriate

• Support clinical operations across multiple urgent care sites if needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of Virginia

• Knowledge of basic nursing principles and clinical procedures

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to make patients feel welcome and at ease

• Willingness to travel to other urgent care locations as needed

• Team-oriented with a flexible and positive attitude
