A well-established automotive dealership in the Hampton market is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its operations and drive continued growth. Responsibilities - General Manager:
- The GM is responsible for the operations and profitability of all departments.
- Oversee the hiring and training of new managers and employees.
- Ensure customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
- Actively support, encourage, and motivate managers and other associates daily to set maintain a high standard of excellence, integrity and ethical business practices.
- Serve as liaison with manufacturer.
- Be accountable for daily performance metrics in overall store performance.
