Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Associate with proven skills in operating powered industrial lift trucks, specifically a reach truck forklift. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, committed to quality, and ready to contribute to a high-performance supply chain environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate powered industrial lift trucks (including reach truck forklifts) and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack, or move product, equipment, and materials. Perform inbound receiving processes. Load and unload trailers as needed. Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy. Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times. Display a commitment to process excellence and demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy. Schedule & Training: Training Requirement: Must be available to train on Monday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Normal Schedule: Begins on Tuesday (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM). Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed. Required Qualifications 1 year of warehouse experience. Trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks. Must be able to drive a reach truck forklift, NO EXCEPTIONS. Assessment: The candidate will be given an operational assessment to ensure they are capable of safely and effectively operating a reach truck forklift. Successful completion of this assessment is required. Physical Demands: This role requires the ability to: Lift 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally. Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights. Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull. Stand, sit or walk for long periods of time. Use hands and fingers to handle or feel tools or equipment. Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments. Preferred Skills: High school diploma or equivalent. Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to communicate well with leadership and peers.
