Your Role:

As a Guest Service Sales Associate, you will be the face of EWC, providing exceptional service and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Educating guests about our waxing services and products
• Managing appointments and guest flow to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
• Maintaining a clean and inviting environment
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and service goals

What We're Looking For:

• A positive and outgoing attitude with a commitment to delighting our guests
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
