We have two locations: Tidewater Drive in Norfolk, and Copeland Drive in Hampton, and service major fleets and municipalities for Parts, Service, & Truck Sales. Our Service Departments are looking for technicians who are driven and detail oriented to join our team. In exchange, we offer a safe and streamlined work environment that guarantees to expand your knowledge of the commercial diesel industry. We have OEM training courses- both online and in person, and have manufacturer required state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. Our Service Managers and Foreman dispatch all repairs to the correct technician, leaving you free to focus on the job at hand. We have 1 shift (7:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday) and our technicians are paid hourly, not flat rate. Because we are family-owned and operated, we understand the importance of work/life balance and offer ample time off for vacation, family, and personal events. We offer health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, as well as a 401k program. We also offer boot reimbursement up to $75.00 annually, ASE training reimbursement, as well as CDL testing and physicals, as well as reimbursement for training costs after obtaining a Virginia State Inspectors license.
