Job Description - Draft and coordinate action packages and other correspondence related to your area of cyber policy and resources expertise for senior DoD leadership; coordinate, plan, and develop policies and initiatives appropriate for strategic guidance documents or DoD issuances such as directives or instructions. - Assist in developing, promoting and implementing effective organizational strategies to foster learning environments that enhance the professional, technical, and leadership skills of a diverse Cyber workforce. - Manage competing cyber manpower priorities/tasks across the Department. - Conduct deliberate analysis of the doctrines, and policies of the cyber military organizations. Identify gaps and how they impact with the overall DOD Cyber Readiness.
