Assistant Program Director, Victim/Witness Program
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $45,227 – $51,836 annually ($24.85 – $28.47/hour) | 35-hour work week Make a Meaningful Impact in Your Community
The Henry County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office is seeking a compassionate and organized Assistant Program Director to help lead our Victim/Witness Program — a vital service that supports victims of crime throughout the justice process. In this role, you’ll assist with daily program operations and provide direct support to victims and witnesses during some of the most difficult moments in their lives. Your professionalism, empathy, and leadership will make a real difference in both the lives of individuals and the justice system. Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, criminal justice, or a related field is preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in human services, criminal justice, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Prior experience working with victims of crime, advocacy, or in a court-related environment is a plus.
