We are looking for talented, motivated Logistics Crew Leads to join the Interstate team! The Crew Leads will provide logistical project support to our commercial projects in the DMV area. Additionally, the Crew Lead will supervise between 5-10 movers, packers, and helpers, coordinating the crew's efforts to ensure the project work is effective, on schedule, and safe.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, may include some weekends as needed. The crew generally begins work M-F at 7 AM and is finished when work is done for the day. Opportunity for OT pay (any time over 40 hours per week).

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Interested candidates must have at least three (3) years of commercial or household goods relocation related experience.
• Must have demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Must be able to communicate with customers/clientele and maintain a strong customer-focused working relationship.
• Must have familiarity or be willing to learn how to plan and execute project work plans based on schedules, revising as needed to meet requirements for projects.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
