- Diagnose, repair, and maintain multiple makes and models of diesel trucks, equipment, trailers, and small engines
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fuel system issues
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work in a fast-paced shop environment and handle physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard every day
- Willingness to work on all makes and models of vehicle and engines.
- Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of makes and models
- Own tools required
- Valid driver’s license in good standing required
- CDL is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift heavy parts and work in varying conditions
- 40-60 hour work weeks with multiple overtime opportunities.
- Hourly pay with commission bonus monthly and yearly.
