Senior full stack engineer - python

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Duration: 9-Month Contract

CTG is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong Python and AI integration expertise to support enterprise-scale model governance, API development, and backend platform engineering. This role focuses on building secure, scalable integration services that enable AI model lifecycle management, monitoring, and auditability.

What You'll Do:

• Design and build backend services and governance-as-code solutions

• Develop REST and/or GraphQL APIs integrating model metadata, lineage, and approvals

• Build integrations for model monitoring, scanning, and endpoint management

• Support Model Performance Management (MPM) dashboards and audit solutions

• Implement secure AWS-based integration patterns

• Partner with AI, platform, and governance teams to deliver compliant, production-grade systems

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of backend/full stack development experience

• Strong Python expertise (Java or Node.js acceptable)

• Advanced REST and/or GraphQL API development skills

• AWS integration experience (IAM, serverless, compute, monitoring)

• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and secrets management

• Experience with logging, monitoring, and governance tooling

• Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle, model metadata, and performance monitoring

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
