What You'll Do

• Lead crew members through a smooth and successful shift
• Ensure customers get fast, friendly service and fresh, quality food
• Monitor shift performance and coach team members in real time
• Communicate with other managers to keep operations running seamlessly
• Help hit daily goals and create a positive, productive work vibe

Responsibilities Include

• Food safety & cleanliness
• Managing inventory & daily operations
• Scheduling & training crew
• Delivering exceptional customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and passion for teamwork
• Some leadership experience (restaurant/retail/hospitality preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18+ years old
