Machine Operator Helper

work hours: 12 AM - 8 AM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Setting up, operating, and tending to extrusion machines.
- Material Handling: Loading raw materials into machines, identifying appropriate materials for each job.
- Process Monitoring: Monitoring the extrusion process, adjusting settings to ensure quality and efficiency, troubleshooting operational issues.
- Quality Control: Measuring and examining extruded products for defects, checking for conformance to specifications, and maintaining quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Working safely and following all safety instructions and regulations.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate production records, including product counts, machine settings, and maintenance activities.
- Teamwork and Communication: Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
