Become a member of our caring and collaborative team at the Master Center for Addiction Medicine (Master Center) that provides outpatient addiction treatment that is comprehensive, evidence-based and individualized.

Master Center is expanding and seeking a talented and experienced IOP Coordinator for our evening Intensive Outpatient Program. We prefer candidates with prior substance addiction treatment experience.

The IOP Program Coordinator is responsible for the provision on Intensive Outpatient Services. Counselors that are Certified and/or Licensed Mental Health Professionals will be responsible for the direct delivery of clinical and case management services to patients enrolled in the evening IOP Program. This includes individual, group and family counseling, skill building, psycho-educational services, clinical documentation, and crisis intervention. This position will require on call services as needed. Duties include but are not limited to individual psychotherapy & group therapy for patients, assessment counseling, and advocating for the patients, whenever necessary. Experience with family systems, crisis intervention, and parenting skills helpful. Position reports directly to Clinical Director.

Hours:

Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri 1PM to 9PM

Wed 830AM to 5PM

Minimum education and/or minimum experience:

Minimum: Bachelors Degree in a Behavioral Health Field with active CSAC (Certified Substance Abuse Counselor) Certification.

Preferred: Masters Degree in a Behavioral Health Field with active CSAC (Certified Substance Abuse Counselor) Certification and/or LPC/LCSW (Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Clinical Social Worker) License.
