We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Analyst to work in Dahlgren VA .

Key Responsibilities

Provide program-wide analysis for the modernization, optimization, and simplification of IT infrastructure and maturation of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices to achieve measurable improvements in efficiently and effectively achieving desired outcomes, affordability, faster and responsive delivery of IT capabilities, and user satisfaction and happiness. Provide analysis that drives improvements in utilization of IT support resources, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of IT support and operations, reducing reliance on manual labor for IT support, eliminating unnecessary duplication of efforts and solutions, accelerating digital transformation, establishing modern practices focused on customer value and mission alignment, standardizing, optimizing, and automating business and IT processes and ITSM practices, improving product and service quality, and reducing Life-Cycle ownership costs. Promote delivery of IT solutions that are transformational and agile with innovation, collaboration, and speedy delivery through a rapidly scalable and adaptable IT "ecosystem" characterized by on-demand network bandwidth, storage/compute power, and secure end-user data access from anywhere, at any time, from any device.

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field.
• IAM Level III certified
• Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to IT and network acquisition, analysis, planning, integrated logistics support, enterprise architecture, and program cost analysis.

Physical and Mental Qualifications:

• Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours.
• Prolonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard)
• Able to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; good command of the English language
• Execute tasks independently and work as a team.
• Learns and memories routine tasks.
• Strong organizational, grammar, business correspondence, and self-management skills
