Client Relations Associate - Entry Level

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Client Relations Associate to support client partnerships, ensure their needs are met, and contribute to the successful planning and execution of event marketing campaigns . This role is ideal for someone passionate about client engagement, event management, and marketing strategy .
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback.
Assist in planning and executing event marketing campaigns aligned with client objectives.
Prepare client proposals, presentations, and reports to support strategic recommendations.
Manage client accounts and projects, ensuring on-time and budget-compliant deliverables .
Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Support event logistics, including venue setup, inventory management, and on-site assistance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating commitment to their success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Passion for marketing and events , with eagerness to learn and grow in the industry.
