Job Title: Journeyman Carpenter
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Carpenter who is skilled in framing, installing doors and windows, and blueprint reading. This role involves working on various construction projects requiring precision and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing and installation of doors and windows.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction.
• Conduct interior and exterior painting and build outs.
• Carry out lead abatement tasks following safety guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related issues.

• Proficient in construction and carpentry with at least 7 years of experience.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, framing, installation, and finish carpentry.
• Expertise in commercial carpentry and the ability to manage both interior and exterior tasks.

• Experience in lead abatement and build outs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.

Work Environment

Work is conducted both outdoors and indoors with hours from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays. The role involves a variety of construction settings, ensuring a dynamic and engaging workday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
