Receptionist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Greet clients and answer incoming calls in a professional manner
• Schedule appointments and maintain organized client files
• Handle payments, mail, and daily office correspondence
• Support accountants and tax preparers with basic administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean, professional front office appearance at all times

Receptionist Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred; accounting or tax office experience a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
• QuickBooks and ProSeries experience strongly preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information
• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor in a client-facing role

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
