Part-Time Physical Therapy Aide OCIR Physical Therapy

The Physical Therapy Aide I is responsible for providing limited clinical support to clinicians in a physical therapy/occupational therapy office. These duties may include: assisting providers and other staff, maintaining clean and safe clinic environment, assisting with patient transfers/guarding, inventory and stocking supplies. Clinical: - Prepare patients to see provider(s). - Maintain appropriate inventory of supplies for the practice. - Clean and stock supplies - Occasional back up to the front desk. - Cleaning and upkeep of equipment and supplies - Assist clinicians with patient transfers/guarding - Other duties as assigned Professional Development: - Seeks professional growth opportunities that enhance professional practice thorough both formal and informal activities MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: + High School Diploma or GED. Experience: + Previous clinical office experience preferred. Licensure: + None PHYSICAL DEMANDS Busy and fast paced outpatient clinical environment. Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping, reaching (overhead, extensive, and repetitive); Repetitive motion: computer keyboard. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 50 - 100lbs.
