Distribution Center Operations Supervisor (WMS/SAP) Start With What Matters

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)

• Run daily shipping and receiving operations to company standards for speed, accuracy, and compliance
• Lead and develop warehouse associates; conduct performance reviews and implement action plans
• Own inventory accuracy through WMS/SAP transactions, audits, and reconciliations
• Schedule and document inbound/outbound loads; manage dock flow and paperwork
• Resolve issues with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders to keep freight moving
• Ensure a safe work environment and adherence to policies and regulations
• Produce and analyze operational reports using advanced Microsoft Excel
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce errors, control costs, and increase efficiency

• 10+ years of shipping/receiving experience in warehouse or distribution
• 5+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role
• Demonstrated proficiency with WMS and SAP
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and data management
• Strong prioritization, organization, and communication abilities
• Experience collaborating with vendors and third‑party logistics providers

• Strength in structured problem-solving and decision-making
• History of implementing measurable process improvements
• Working knowledge of warehouse safety best practices
