Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Printing Operator / Production Associate to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating printing equipment, preparing materials, monitoring print quality, and ensuring production goals are met in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate printing presses and production equipment
- Review work orders and production specifications to ensure accuracy
- Load paper, ink, and other materials into machines
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for defects and quality standards
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on equipment
- Assist with cutting, folding, binding, packaging, and shipping preparation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
- Meet production deadlines and quality expectations
Qualifications:
- Previous printing, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Overtime may be required based on production needs
