CNC Shop Floor Machinist, Inspection & Gauging

Your Week
- Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:20 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – approximately 12:00–2:00 PM (depending on workload)
Your Mission
- Run CNC machines; training provided where needed.
- Read basic blueprints and follow documented work instructions.
- Measure critical features with calipers and bore gauges .
- Perform in-process and final part inspections to ensure accuracy.
- Uphold a safe, orderly, and clean work environment.
- Partner with teammates and follow direction from leads/supervisors.
Qualifications
- Experience in machining (manual or CNC).
- Competent use of calipers and bore gauges .
- Working knowledge of shop math and measurement.
- High attention to detail.
- Reliable, on-time attendance.
Preferred Exposure
- CNC machining experience (optional).
- Time spent in production or job-shop settings.
- Awareness of tolerances and part inspection techniques.
