What You’ll Do:

• Lead and review complex individual (1040), partnership, corporate, and trust returns.

• Supervise and mentor staff, shaping the next generation of accounting talent.

• Deliver exceptional client service, building lasting relationships.

• Provide proactive tax planning and advisory solutions that make a measurable impact.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of tax experience in public accounting.

• Strong expertise in individual (1040) taxation.

• CPA license preferred (or on track).

• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $100,000 – $155,000
