What You’ll Do:

• Welcome customers upon arrival with a friendly, professional attitude
• Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or waiting area
• Assist with vehicle check-in, tagging keys, and updating service records
• Maintain a clean and organized service drive
• Communicate effectively with service advisors, porters, and technicians
• Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the Loyalty brand

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• A team player who takes initiative and enjoys helping others
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
