In this role, you'll cultivate new client relationships, identify buyers' priorities, recommend homes that align with their goals, and provide outstanding service throughout the transaction.

$135,000+ commission based income

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers through consistent outreach and timely follow-up.
• Welcome new leads into the sales process and guide them confidently from their initial inquiry through closing.
• Represent the team at open houses and community events to connect with potential clients and expand your network.
• Consult with buyers to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and financial goals, then identify homes that meet their criteria.
• Serve as a trusted resource throughout the home-buying journey by communicating with all parties involved to help ensure a smooth transaction.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while helping clients make informed home-buying decisions.

• An active VA real estate license
• Valid U.S. driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Open to feedback, eager to learn, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
