What You Will Do:
Architect and implement enterprise-grade AI solutions by collaborating with senior leadership to define technology strategies that align with business objectives.
Lead the design and development of AI platforms, including model lifecycle management, cloud-native deployment pipelines, and scalable agentic architectures.
Drive business development by contributing to technical RFP responses, authoring white papers on AI innovation, and crafting solution-oriented pitch decks.
Build and operationalize AI infrastructure for clients, including cloud-based model hosting (AWS, Azure, GCP, Palantir, Databricks), data pipelines, and AI service enablement.
Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, multi-agent systems, retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning frameworks) into client solutions.
Lead end-to-end development of AI models and agents, ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance with commercial and public sector standards.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact AI use cases and deliver technical solutions that transform client operations.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Ensure that all AI deployments adhere to commercial and public sector guidelines policies and standards, delivering responsible AI usage.
What You Will Need:
US Citizenship is required
Bachelor’s degree is required
Minimum EIGHT (8) years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data analytics, with a strong focus on solution development and deployment.
Minimum TWO (2) years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and/or Agentic AI architectures and solutions.
Proven track record advising clients in a consulting or technology strategy capacity.
Hands-on experience developing applications, data pipelines, and cloud-native solutions.
Experience deploying AI solutions on leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Palantir, or Databricks.
:Deep understanding of AI/ML model lifecycles, platform design, and scalable architectures.
Strong background in big data technologies, AI frameworks, and modern cloud ecosystems.
Demonstrated technical leadership in delivering AI-driven modernization projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD SECRET security clearance. Active SECRET or higher-level clearance is strongly preferred.
Certifications in cloud architecture, AI/ML engineering, or data science are preferred.
Experience working with clients in an advisory or technology consulting capacity
Master's degree
