HVACR Service and Installation Specialist
Step into a day as our HVACR Service and Installation Specialist
You start your morning reviewing work orders: a package unit that needs diagnostics, a residential split system install, and a mid-day preventative maintenance route. By noon, you’ve completed a clean, code-compliant install, verified airflow, charged the system, and documented performance. In the afternoon, you track down an intermittent fault, replace a failed component, and fine-tune settings so the system runs efficiently and safely. You wrap up by confirming customers understand their equipment and maintenance plan.
What you’ll handle
- Install and service HVAC systems across a variety of settings
- Troubleshoot and repair units using strong diagnostic skills
- Perform preventative maintenance to extend equipment life
- Verify that systems operate efficiently and safely before you leave the site
What you bring
- Hands-on HVAC experience
- Solid knowledge of system diagnostics and repairs
- EPA certification preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
