Manager, Product Manager - Rewards

The Loyalty Platform powers our customer loyalty ecosystem, governing the end-to-end lifecycle of how cardholders earn and redeem rewards. We sit at the intersection of high-scale transaction processing and complex benefit configuration. In a highly regulated environment, our platform ensures that every point earned is accurate and every redemption executed is seamless.

We are looking for a strong product manager who is passionate about driving customer value via an industry-leading loyalty program. This person will help execute our Loyalty platform strategy, acting as the bridge between customer needs and platform innovation, ensuring we stay focused on what matters most to our internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate for this role has a mix of product and development experiences. Familiarity with cloud computing, working in white space, and experience balancing big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution is desired. Exposure working with a loyalty platform is a strong bonus.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management

New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management

Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
