Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will drive throughout assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will be part of a caring team that values being agile, reliable, and innovative while always acting with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and document observations in accordance with site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key access points, report maintenance or security-related issues, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency personnel when needed.
• Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by observing site activity, assisting with access-related matters, and following post orders and Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
