Labor/Crew member (Black Pearl)
Black Pearl is seeking motivated Crew Members who are eager to learn and grow both personally and professionally. Responsibilities
- Work on-site daily to assist with landscape construction and maintenance tasks, including planting, hardscapes, lighting, irrigation, drainage, and grading
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Communicate effectively with the Black Pearl Management Team and clients to support a positive client experience
- Identify and share opportunities for improvement in company processes, client experience, or project outcomes
- Maintain a respectful and professional attitude toward colleagues, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
- Adapt to a variety of tasks and responsibilities as needed on the job site

Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for learning new skills and developing professionally
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow
- Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds, move wheelbarrows of soil, and perform manual labor such as digging
- Previous experience or knowledge in landscape construction is a plus, but not required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent client service
